Elephant Safari Timings

Enjoy the Kaziranga landscape from the back of an Elephant. The elephant ride is available both in the morning and afternoon session at the following ranges of the park:

Whole day vehicle safari

You can avail the whole day vehicle safari. This service is available in Eastern range, Agaratoli, Kaziranga range, Kohora and Western range, Bagori/Burapahar. Maximum 4 vehicles in each range is allowed at one time. Prior approval of the park management is required.

Trekking Details

Visitors interested in bird watching and experiencing the forests at their own pace, trekking in Kukurkata Reserve Forest and Panbari Reserve Forest is an ideal choice. From the top of Kukurakata hill top, you can see a panoramic view of floodplain ecosystem of KNP. The Reserve Forest is host to diversity of birds and primates. Both the Reserve Forests are frequented by the Great Indian one horned Rhinoceros and Asian Elephants.
